Capes of Comfort is a non-profit organization whose primary objectives are philanthropy and social well-being for those living in our local communities. Established in 2018 and based in Jacksonville Florida, Capes of Comfort was formed by Snyder Heating and Air Conditioning. Snyder Heating and Air Conditioning is a locally family owned and operated business that has been serving Northeast Florida since 1973 and has always been active in local and national charities.
Through the interaction of servicing over 800 homes and businesses per week, the owners of Snyder recognized the everyday and not so everyday needs of the people of Northeast Florida. Whether it’s a roof repair, new water heater, home/yard storm cleanup, groceries, etc…Capes of Comfort is there!
Unfortunately, many times, the needs are urgent, and some of the larger charities can take longer to provide aid and relief to those in need. Capes of Comfort’s Board of Directors all live locally in the area and can mobilize to move much more quickly to provide aid to people and families. We have a very large group of dedicated volunteers with a multitude of talents, tools, and man/woman power that can jump right into action to make a difference in someone’s life.
